Maryland Builders Limited is a real estate developer in Dhaka whose motto is "Building the Future, Preserving the Green". I developed its website, maryland.builders, on Odoo at Dot BD Solutions Limited, with content support from Dotmeet. The site presents the company's flagship Green Heritage residential project in Malibagh and its land projects, and lets visitors book a site visit.

The brief
Maryland wanted a website that matched its focus on modern design and eco-friendly building. The site had to present projects in a way a buyer understands quickly, show the green features, and turn interest into appointments.
What I built
- Custom Odoo snippets to present each project, rather than generic page blocks.
- A dedicated section for Green Heritage, the flagship project beside Malibagh Shahi Mosque.
- Pages for land projects and ready-to-build plots.
- Highlights of the eco features: solar panels, rainwater collection, recycling, central courtyards and rooftop gardens.
- Appointment requests for site visits, collected in Odoo.
- A responsive layout that works on phones, where most buyers browse.
Why Odoo for a real estate website
Because the site runs on Odoo, enquiries land directly in the same system the sales team can use for CRM and follow-up. The marketing team can edit pages themselves with the website builder, without a developer for every change.
