shurjoPay Payment Gateway by DBSL connects Odoo to shurjoPay, a Bangladeshi payment gateway. With one integration, customers can pay an Odoo order or invoice by mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), card, internet banking or EMI from partner banks. I built it for businesses that want all local payment options without managing several separate integrations.

How a payment works
- The customer chooses shurjoPay at checkout and picks a method, such as bKash or a card.
- They pay on shurjoPay's secure page.
- shurjoPay sends an instant payment notification (IPN) to Odoo.
- Odoo marks the order or invoice as paid and keeps the transaction details.

Setup
- Get a merchant account from shurjopay.com.bd (username, password and key prefix).
- Install the module and open Accounting > Configuration > Payment Providers > shurjoPay.
- Enter your credentials and click Test Connection.
- Add the IPN URL https://yourdomain.com/payment/shurjopay/ipn in the shurjoPay dashboard.
- Test, then enable the provider for live payments.
Frequently asked questions
Does shurjoPay see card numbers?
Card details are handled by the banks and shurjoPay's page, not by Odoo. Odoo only stores the transaction result.
Can I use bKash through shurjoPay and the bKash module together?
Yes. They are separate payment providers; you can enable one or both.
