Hotel, Resort & Leisure Operations is an Odoo 19 module I built and tested for a real working property. It runs reservations, housekeeping, restaurant and bar tills, spa, activities, guest transport and a public booking website, and every charge lands on one guest bill that becomes a proper invoice in Odoo Accounting. It works on Odoo Community and Enterprise.

How a booking flows
- The guest books by phone, at the desk or on your website.
- A deposit is paid by card, mobile banking or cash, and the room is held.
- The room appears on every calendar.
- Front desk checks the guest in.
- Restaurant, spa, activities, laundry and transport charges go to one bill.
- At check-out the bill is settled and the invoice is created automatically.
Cancellations wait for a manager to decide the refund. Nothing is refunded automatically.
Main features
- Bookings and rates: multi-room group bookings, seasons, packages and a clickable availability calendar and floor map.
- Housekeeping: room checklists, clean and ready status, lost and found.
- Point of Sale: restaurant, laundry, spa and activity tills that charge to the room and apply meals included in a package.
- Spa, activities and rides: therapist schedules, tickets and entitlements on the same billing.
- Transport: a vehicle fleet with documents, fuel type, service history and driver slips.
- Website: rooms, packages, spa and activities bookable online, with a guest portal and group enquiry form.
- Channels: iCal sync with Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Vrbo, Expedia and Google Hotels, plus a booking API (beta) for partner sites.
Staff roles
Eleven roles, from front desk and housekeeping to waiter, spa desk, transport, accounts and general manager, plus read-only access for owners and auditors. A pool attendant can't open the accounts, and a waiter can't check out a guest.
Printed documents
Reservation form, guest bill, arrivals and departures, driver slip, housekeeping sheet, room amenities slip and check-out settlement, all in your company's standard Odoo report layout.
Frequently asked questions
Community or Enterprise?
Both. It only uses apps available in Odoo Community.
Can I run several properties?
Yes. Each property belongs to a company, and staff only see their own company's bookings and bills.
Which payment providers work for deposits?
Any provider Odoo supports, including cards, bKash, Nagad and bank transfer.
Can I switch off spa and activities?
Yes. Packages, spa and activities each have their own switch.
Can you migrate data from our old hotel system?
There is no generic importer because every system exports differently, but we do migrations as custom work.
